Scope

This policy applies to the PRINTCHECK DTF desktop application published by Łukasz Zamorski.

Information processed

PRINTCHECK DTF processes information provided directly by the user. This may include selected PNG or JPG artwork, file information, optional customer and order details, contact information, application settings, branding elements and locally saved jobs.

This information is used only to analyze and prepare artwork, save local jobs, generate customer approval documents and production cards, and create user-requested exports and backups.

Local processing and data sharing

All artwork analysis takes place locally on the user’s device. PRINTCHECK DTF does not transmit artwork, customer information or other personal data to the developer or to third parties.

The application does not use advertising, analytics, tracking, telemetry, cloud processing, location, camera or microphone services.

Storage and exports

Jobs and settings are stored in the application’s local data area and remain there until deleted by the user. Access to this local data is governed by the security and permissions of the user’s Windows account.

PDF, PNG and JSON files are created only after an explicit user action and are saved locally using the download location configured on the device. Exported files and backups must be deleted manually by the user when they are no longer required.

Deletion

Users can delete individual jobs from within PRINTCHECK DTF. Remaining application data can be removed by clearing the application’s local data or uninstalling the application.

Desktop permissions

The runFullTrust capability is required because PRINTCHECK DTF is a packaged Electron/Win32 desktop application. The application runs with standard user permissions, does not require administrator privileges and does not install drivers or background services.
