This notice covers the SYSTEMNULL website, LaserDither and PRINTCHECK. Both apps are designed to process selected artwork locally on your device.

Who is responsible?
SYSTEMNULL is an independent software project run by Łukasz Zamorski. For privacy questions, support or a request concerning personal data, contact admin@systemnull.de.
Website visits
When you visit systemnull.de, the hosting provider processes technical server data necessary to deliver and secure the website. This can include IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system information, referrer URL and log data. This is used for the technical operation, security and troubleshooting of the site.
Cookies and external links
The website may store your language preference locally. It does not use advertising tracking or cross-site advertising profiles. We use Independent Analytics for local website statistics without analytics cookies. External links open after you choose them. Some application screenshots are loaded from Microsoft’s image servers, which receive the connection data required to deliver those images.
Local website statistics
Since 8 October 2026, we use Independent Analytics to count visits, page views and traffic sources and to understand device types and approximate geographic areas. Statistics are stored in our WordPress database, not in an external analytics account. The plugin processes the IP address and browser User Agent to create a hashed visitor identifier; the raw IP address is not stored in the analytics database. We configured the identifier salt to refresh daily and exclude logged-in users. These website statistics do not upload artwork selected in our apps or checker.
PRINTCHECK
The browser checker and the Windows app process the PNG or JPG artwork you select locally. PRINTCHECK does not automatically upload artwork, jobs, exports or settings to SYSTEMNULL. It does not use advertising, analytics, tracking, telemetry or cloud image processing. Exports are created only after your explicit action.
LaserDither
LaserDither processes selected images, profiles, calibration data, job history and optional result photos locally on the Windows device. It does not automatically upload this content, and does not use advertising, analytics, tracking, telemetry, cloud image processing, camera, microphone or location services.
Optional PRO licensing
LaserDither can create a local device identifier for an offline, device-bound PRO license. It is not transmitted automatically. If you choose to request a license, you may send the displayed identifier and contact details voluntarily by email. That information is used only to handle the licensing request.
Storage, deletion and your choices
App data, profiles, jobs and exports remain under your control on your device. You can delete records in the app where available and remove local app data or exported files separately. If you email us, we use the message only to respond to your request and retain it only as long as necessary for that purpose or legal obligations.
Microsoft Store and permissions
The apps are distributed through Microsoft Store. Microsoft processes information according to its own privacy terms when you use the Store. LaserDither is a packaged Windows desktop app and runs with the permissions of the signed-in Windows user; it does not normally require administrator rights and does not install drivers or background services.
